Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau University Alliance

Lingnan became one of the founding members of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau University Alliance (GHMA). The Alliance was endorsed by the Office for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Among the first batch of participating institutions, there were ten from Guangdong Province, nine from Hong Kong and seven from Macau. Professor Joshua Mok Ka-ho, Vice-President and Lam Man Tsan Chair Professor of Comparative Policy, attended the Founding Ceremony held at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China in November 2016. The Alliance will foster collaboration in various areas including talent nurturing, scientific research, cultural and innovation exchange and policy study.
