The Award Presentation Ceremony of Mainland Summer Internship Programmes 2014 was held on 26 January to honour those participants with outstanding performance, followed by a briefing session on the 2015 Programmes. Students also shared their working experiences in Shanghai and Beijing as well as the cultural differences in workplace and daily life between the two cities. 

A total of 54 students joined the internship programmes and worked in 19 prominent private and state-operated enterprises for about two months. Participating companies included GL events China Co Ltd, Sun Hung Kai Business Services (Shanghai) Co Ltd, Beijing Zhujiang Real Estate Development Co Ltd, Beijing Kingo Advertising & Communication Co Ltd, SKF (China) Co Ltd and Ascott Property Management (Shanghai) Co Ltd. 

Prof Grace Lau Yin-ping, Associate Vice President (Student Affairs) presented awards to the following awardees: 

Outstanding Intern Award:
