ZeShan Foundation awarded 20 scholarships on 29 April to support Lingnan students going on exchange in mainland China or overseas for one semester in the academic year 2014/15.

At the sharing session, Ms Yan Chan, Programme Director of ZeShan Foundation, encouraged students to seize the exchange opportunity to broaden their horizons and to promote the distinguished liberal arts education of Lingnan University. Some of the scholarship recipients, who had returned exchange from the Netherlands and the UK, shared their views on controversial social issues of their host countries.

The ZeShan Foundation Scholarships were established in 2006 to support students with good academic performance to go on exchange for one academic semester. Up to 2014/15, 107 students had received generous support of the Foundation.
