The Second Lingnan University Service-Learning Student Association (SLSA) organised the “Bring LOVE Back Home” activity on 14-16 April to encourage students to express love and care to their relatives by writing letters.
“If you love, do something to show it now,” two student organisers Debby Lam and Kovey Chen said. They believe that the warmth of hand-written words cannot be replaced, although mobile apps like Facebook and WhatsApp have become the most popular communication tools in this electronic era. They think writing letters is the best way to express their feelings to beloved ones.
During the activity, SLSA prepared letter paper and stamps for students to encourage them to write a letter to show their love and care to their relatives.
