The Oslo Accord is an agreement signed between the State of Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) in September 1993, with an aim to effectively bring the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to an end by means of territorial concessions and facilitating the creation of the Palestinian Authority.
