The kick-off ceremony of the third Leadership Mentoring Programme (LMP), co-organised by the Hong Kong Professionals & Senior Executives Association (HKPASEA) and Lingnan University, was held on 13 April, officiated by HKPASEA President Mr Tony Tse and Lingnan University’s President Chan Yuk-Shee.

Following the success in the past two years, 25 HKPASEA members had been invited to be mentors for 54 students in the programme in 2013. As leaders in their respective professions, the mentors will offer advice and guidance to the mentees on their career planning.

This year, HKPASEA members who are serving as mentors include Mr Edmond Yung Chi-yuen, Group Managing Director of CAPA Advertising; Mr Yip Dicky Peter, Chief Representative for the Asia-Pacific Region of The Institute of International Finance; Mr Michael Ngai Ming-tak, Managing Director of UBS; Dr Alice Yuk Tak-fun, General Manager of Young Men’s Christian Association of Hong Kong; Ms Yu Sau-chu, Chief Executive of Hong Kong Single Parents Association; Dr Cheung Kwok-wah, Dean of School of Education and Languages, The Open University of Hong Kong; Mr Tsang Kee-kung, Principal of Kiangsu-Chekiang College (Kwai Chung); Ms Claudy Ho Hiu-tan, Vice President of Morgan Stanley Asia Ltd; Mr Evan Chiu, General Manager of Metropark Hotel Wanchai Hong Kong; Mr Andy Bien Chia-chen, Chief Information Officer of Airport Authority Hong Kong; and Mrs Cindy Young Cheung Kwai-chi, Managing Director of Sunflower Travel Service Limited.
