This summer, 30 Lingnan students will join an eight-week Mainland Summer Internship Programme to Shanghai sponsored by the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC), in order to better understand the latest developments of China and prepare for their future career. A kick-off ceremony was held on 4 May with CGCC Chairman Dr Jonathan Choi Koon-shum and Education Funding Committee Chairman Mr Lawrence Ma as the officiating guests.

A total of 12 organisations from various sectors and industries, including advertising, consultancy, real estate, property management and architecture, have offered internship opportunities for the programme participants this year.
