Following the successful pilot run in 2011, HKPASEA and Lingnan University continue to co-organise the Leadership Mentoring Programme this year, involving 28 HKPASEA members as mentors for 50 students. The mentors, who are leaders in their respective professions, will offer advice and guidance to mentees on their career planning.

The programme’s kick-off ceremony held on 31 March was officiated by HKPASEA President Mr Tony Tse and the University’s Associate Vice-President and Comptroller Mr Herdip Singh.

This year, HKPASEA members who are serving as mentors include Mrs Fanny Law, GBS, JP, Director of the Fan Family Charitable Trust Fund; Mr Dicky Yip, BBS, JP, General Manager of HSBC Holdings Limited and Executive Vice President of Bank Of Communications; Mr Yuen Lup-fun, advisor (Performing Arts) of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority; Ms Annie Leung, the Founder & CEO of CEO MindPower Limited; Ms Lo Po-man, Executive Director of Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited; Ms Candy Chea, seasoned programme host of Radio Television Hong Kong and Mr Samuel Yung, SBS, MH, JP, Executive Director of AIA Co (Bermuda) Limited.
