Mentors of the 4th Leadership Mentoring Programme co-organised by Lingnan University and the Hong Kong Professionals & Senior Executives Association (HKPASEA) shared their invaluable professional experience with student mentees at a mid-term gathering held on 22 November.

At the gathering, Prof Grace Lau Ying-ping, Associate Vice-President (Student Affairs) expressed her gratitude to mentors for sharing their career success, leadership and interpersonal skills with students, which greatly inspired students in their pursuit of personal goals and career development. Mr Samuel Yung, Founding President of HKPASEA, encouraged students to make good use of mentors’ networks to broaden their social circle and grasp every opportunity to enhance their global perspective for future career success. Student mentees also expressed their heartfelt appreciation of the professional advice and guidance provided by mentors participating in the programme.
