The Service-Learning project entitled “Think, Act, Contribute”, a unique way to promote healthy living in Tuen Mun District, received the “Outstanding Health Promotion Project Award” at the Health Promotion Symposium 2015 organised by the Food and Health Bureau on 20 November in recognition of its outstanding contributions to health promotion and disease prevention.

“Think, Act, Contribute” was organized by the University’s Office of Service-Learning and Tuen Mun Healthy City Association Limited, and sponsored by the Health Care and Promotion Fund, Food and Health Bureau.  Through dance classes and health workshops, the project has raised the awareness of illness prevention among 3,000 residents in Tuen Mun District.
