「咚、咚、咚咚;咚、咚、咚咚咚。。。。。。」隨著非洲鼓的「咚咚」聲,嶺大校友義工隊於2015年2月1日在元朗劇院外的廣場與一眾來自基督教懷智服務處的學員,合力舉行了名為「智喜樂旅程~大匯演及嘉年華」的活動,希望透過此活動,讓學員及元朗區居民都能享受到一個不一樣的旅程新體驗。

 

Lingnan University Alumni Association Hong Kong (LUAA) has initiated the Lingnanian Partnership Scheme in support of Lingnan student activities and education development.  This scheme aims to bond Lingnan graduates and alumni together to serve their alma mater through projects which are beneficial directly to Lingnan students.  The 2015 Summer Internship Program is the first project to be launched under the Linganian Partnership Scheme. It will be jointly organized by LUAA and Lingnan University to line up internship partners and students of high calibre.  We are proud that many of our alumni are specialists in different professions, self-employed, or holding senior positions in the commercial world. 

 

The main objective of this program is to extend Lingnan students’ all-round competence in the real working environment under the leadership and guidance from our experienced alumni. It is expected that this program will motivate more alumni to get in touch with their junior brothers and sisters in Lingnan and, as a result, to unite most if not all Lingnanians to work together for the betterment of Lingnan education and its image.

Lingnan University’s Department of Applied Psychology and Renmin University of China’s Department of Psychology signed a partnership agreement on 2 February with the aim to strengthen mutual academic collaborations in the coming five years.

Billing Analyst

Job Duties:

- Prepare billing reports for carries, inter-companies and regional offices

- Monitor data and internet invoices and perform audit to determine the validity of the invoices

- Coordinate with internal departments and other regional offices to reconcile inter-company billings

- Work closely with internal departments in responding to billing-related enquiries

- Review, summarize and track billing position summary for data and internet businesses

- Assist in developing and implementing the Data Billing Standard Operating Procedures

Overseas Development Manager

Job Duties:

- Develop and monitor full project schedules for overseas development projects and ensure the projects are implemented effectively and efficiently within target, including the set-up of overseas offices

- Conduct market research for entry markets and analyze the data to support and respond to the post development plans evaluation

- Participate in overseas subsidiaries’ incorporation and relevant licensing issues

-  Act as a business partner to resolve and enhance business operations issues for overseas offices by providing advises and liaising with different subsidiaries and departments

- Involve in setting up of mid to long term global development strategies which align with business requirements

- Participate in investigating and analyzing business investment cases, such as marginal cost analysis, ROI, etc.

Job Duties:

- Plan, organize and evaluate training and development programs for Hong Kong Headquarters and overseas offices

- Manage the Graduate Trainee Program from recruiting to placement

- Work with external consultants on specific training programs/projects

Job Duties:

Job Duties:

- Sourcing off-net resources for A-end business

- Provide pricing support to A-end clients and liaise with vendors for the best price and best performance solutions within tight schedule

- Develop and maintain good relationship with global and local carriers across regions

- Negotiate the contracts with vendors to ensure the company’s competitiveness in the market

- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
